June’s Referral Free Service Official Rules
1. This promotion is governed by these official rules.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules, including eligibility requirements. The benefit obtained by this promotion is provided by the service of Xact Lawn Care only.
2. It is required that you be a regular customer of Xact Lawn Care to participate in this promotion.
A regular customer is defined as someone who has used Xact Lawn Care’s services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to maintain your lawn for at least 1 month.
3. How to receive free service.
In order to receive a free service by Xact Lawn Care, a regular customer must refer a friend to begin using our services. That friend must then become a regular customer no later than June 30, 2020, for at least a month before your free service will be performed. You must notify our company by email (hayden@xactlawncare.com), text (334.478.2131), or ask your friend to mention that you referred them to use our services. The free service will then be awarded to your account.
4. When the service will be performed.
Every free service awarded to your account will be performed after July 31, 2020, and no later than September 30, 2020.
5. Limitations to the promotion.
In order to receive the free service, you must refer your friend and have them contact us to begin services before June 30, 2020. You may be awarded up to 4 free services in the year 2020 to be performed between July 31 and September 30.
6. Eligibility. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States in the Montgomery area, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Xact Lawn Care employees and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.
7. Conditions.
a. By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules.
b. Awarded services are not transferable.
c. No substitution or cash equivalent of award is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Xact Lawn Care, LLC
8. Included in the free service.
Anyone who is awarded a free service according to these official rules will at the time of its performance receive a regular mowing of the lawn, edging of driveways and walkways, and blowing.
